"I loved that I received an email as we were travelling giving clear instructions about the location of our key and a map to guide us to the unit. After a long journey having to call in at reception is always a nuisance. Loved this service +++++++"

"Disappointed with the room we were allocated, Entry area to room door wasn't clean and both that and the room had a bad pet smell. Site diagram indicated it was a pet friendly room; I wouldn't have booked there if I was aware of this at booking. Didn't sleep well, sounded like an animal was running ..."
