"Well, I hate to leave a negative reviews. The building itself was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. But, the main issue is, the non smoking room was subject to cigarette smoke infiltration. The surrounding rooms were also non-smoking. I am not sure where the cigarette smoke was coming from. Also, the AQI in Bursa that weekend was over 150. So there was no escape from bad air for me. Consequently, I became ill. It's a shame, because...

"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."
