“Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan”

“Was disappointed the front desk would not honor the $5 charge for a missing cup stated in their book in our room because they said the cost is $9.99 per the gift shelf price.
That made me decide not to go there again and I chose to leave it amicably”

“the first room i was put in had an odor, the owner i believe, mr patel moved me to a room with new carpet and 2 queen beds and that cured the smell. the whole left side of the bed closest to the tv had collapsed springs so u could not sleep on it, u had to use the other one. the bathroom floor around the toilet was covered with black specs.”

“Very nice rooms. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but they were recently renovated and in good shape. It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast, but there were no amenities of that type. Would stay here again if nothing else with more amenities were available.”
