"Renovations to the hotel are underway and it is brighter in the hallways than it was two years ago. Our room was renovated although the furniture had not yet arrived. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I suggested they add a magnifying mirror and staff said this was in the plans. Two staffers at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. The third was distracted. "

"Property was not clean. The room had damaged all over with the ceilings having holes. Making it feel like someone was watching you. The tiles on the bathroom floor were all lifted off the ground. There were ants all around especially on the rug. I would like a refund. I do not recommend staying here even if its free."
