"Host was very polite we arrived late for our concert because traffic was so terrible getting in was frazzled and couldn't find door codes to get in my message lucky host lived below and let us in and resent the codes even asked if I need help with my bags very clean property in a quite neighborhood rear in Richmond there are two separate door to enter that made me feel protective and private would stay again if I was ever in the area 10 out 10 would recommend"

"Absolutely awful experience at the Graduate Richmond, especially for a room that cost over $300 a night. The bathroom was filthy when we arrived — dusty, grimy, and just plain nasty. Conditioner was completely empty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For the price they charge, basic cleanliness should not be optional. Dust all over the shelves in the Suite, and just all around did not look clean or turned over properly   The valet staff was horrible as we were leaving.  Rude, Disorganized, unhelpful, and made an already frustrating stay even worse. To top it all off, I was charged twice for the same room, and nobody there could give me a straight answer on how to fix it. Being double-charged for an already overpriced room and then getting no real help is completely unacceptable. I also paid extra for breakfast and never received it. So not only was the room dirty and the service terrible, but I was charged for things I didn’t even get. For over $300 a night, this place was a complete disappointment. Dirty room, terrible service, billing issues, and zero accountability. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

The accommodations were comfortable, charming and outfitted with anything you might need during your stay. "This hotel is stellar! The house is beautiful. The rooms are so well decorated. High end toiletries in the bathrooms and fluffy pillows on the beds. The common areas like the lobby and dining areas are so inviting and relaxing. Upstairs there’s a gorgeous library where you can spend hours and hours. Ronni was a delight. Even though he was so busy he didn’t just check us in, he gave us the grand tour of the building and made us feel so welcome. Jeffrey was also a delight. He had so many stories to tell about Richmond’s history and wonderful recommendations for sites and local food. We are definitely going back again next year for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it. "
