「Great location and convenient to Sunset Marina. The host did a great job of supplying household items needed for a trip. The place was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a beautiful view of mountians and lake, i suggest giving this place a try.」

「Beautiful view, really quite at this time of season,free dock for tenants! Within walking distance. Only problem I encountered during 4 day stay was the gas grill, the grates was cleaned!but the grease traps were overlooked;and i had a grease fire going on! Plus the grill need heat diffuser replaced! Other than that loved the place. Plan on return booking 」

「House was close to the marina with a nice setup for the boat. I needed to work from the house one day and internet was solid. The area is pretty remote - bring your supplies - but makes for amazing star gazing at night. 」

「We stayed with four adult couples for a weekend of boating on Dale Hollow.The house had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners and plenty of parking for the three boats we brought along with us.Perfect place for bringing the dogs. Ours stay close but the very large yard is entirely fenced in, which was a nice perk.We did not use the hot tub but had plenty of wood to enjoy s’mores by the fire pit.」

We absolutely enjoyed being able to use the shoreline for fishing and the marina for a boat rental to extend our vacation and memories. 」
