"Th hot tub was absolutely gross. It had a lot of white foam on top of it (like the kind you see on top of a dirty river that is sitting still). The breakfast was not great. The “free drink” station had pop tha was wate, flat, or gross. The room. SUBPAR at best. The bed was hard. The bathroom was dirty (hair in the floor, tub, sink, and toilet). Our air conditioner in the room was so dirty, like it had never been wiped down. We contemplated checking out, as soon as we checked into our room to go get a different hotel. We will not be staying at another Pear Tree again. The only upside was, there were A FEW staff members that were friendly and kind. The rest were rude, gave attitude, didn’t want to help you, or acted like you were burdening them. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Would not recommend. "

"Perfection in every way. Breakfast was amazing. The soda machine was a game changer!! Breakfast tables were always clean (cleaned in between families). From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our hotel room was clean. The pool and hot tub space was amazing. My kids loved it! Drury Inn has raised my hotel expectations! We will return! "

"The elevator was a nightmare. That must get fixed. We should have been given a refund. Had to carry all our luggage up and down the emergency stairs. The parking was also full when we paid $30. The breakfast was all picked over and didn't have much to offer. "

"Staff was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The location was perfect for our stay only a short walk to the dome. We booked the room with a parking and breakfast package. Breakfast was wonderful. It was nice not to have to worry about finding parking."

"We had an incredible experience at 21C! The amenities are amazing, the staff is attentive, friendly & welcoming. The design of the hotel is beautiful- we loved the museum, pool, sauna, restaurants, art features! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Also super ideal location and parking/valet was great! We can’t wait to come back or try another location! Kudos to the staff! "
