Beautiful Apartment With Ocean View And Located in Front Of Pool Beach in front

Beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment in a gated community three minutes from Combate beach. It is located right off route 3301, which takes you directly to Combate beach, Playa Sucia beach, El Faro and different bars and restaurants.

Whether you want to beach hop, bar hop or just relax with a good book by the pool, this apartment is in the perfect location. This apartment provides all the practical amenities you will need in a home away from home and does it in style. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a queen size bed. One room has a bunk bed with 3 beds, to accommodate 4 guest. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit - not that you need it since the villa is very close to the beach area where the Caribbean breeze is felt all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including an area as a laundry with wash and dryer.

The apartment is in first floor with 1,150 square feet area. Space area includes living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry space, the master room with its own bathroom,and one more bedrooms, common bathroom. You will love the view and the fresh breeze that is felt in the balcony area in front of the pool. This area is ideal for BBQ and for your own private party.

The common areas include a pool area, which is like a spa, except it is located in the center of a very lush paradise, not a desert. Complete with gazebo designated to make activities at that area. The complex has controlled access to ensure your privacy.

Keywords: centrally located, 3 minutes from Combate beach, 6 min from Playa Sucia beach and El Faro, 10 mins from hwy 100, 11 mins from Boquerón beach, 20 mins from Mayaguez mall. Beautiful location but.....

First impression, beautiful apartment. Having the pool right in front was amazing for still hanging out with family members that didn't want to get in. It's very small. So, a small family with young children, great fit. More than 2 adults, not so much. We had 4 adults and 1 child, so it was too small to truly fit us all. Property manager is always available and readily answers. Even when we couldn't find the keys because the lockbox is in the middle of a sea of lock boxes, she literally walked me through that process. But, apartment is definitely outdated. Couch cushions very flat and dining table chairs very uncomfortable due to lack of padding. No real seating outside of that. No AC outside of the bedrooms, and the ceiling fan in the living room only has one speed, super slow. Had a dish box for TV, but after 2 days of back and forth, swearing it has always worked, come to find out the owners disconnected it. The Roku box they suggested using wasn't even connected. The oven also never worked. Ended up having to struggle finding outside food for my autistic son with specific food preferences. There were only 2 plates available for use, so had to get some for our family of 5 to be able to eat together. As I previously states, beautiful location. Views are phenomenal. But definitely needs work.

Mala comunicación con la administración, llegamos cansados tuve que llamar muchas veces para las llaves. Al llegar al apartamento no había servicio de agua. No hay señal de celular en el área, no proveen internet lo cual para nosotros es algo básico. Estuve incomunicado. La televisión no sirve. Pocas toallas, ofrecen jabón y shampoo, pero no proveen lo necesario. El apartamento queda al lado de la piscina y hay ruido. El lugar es bonito, pero la administración no. La joven que nos recibió nos dejó un sobre exigiendo propina.

Un apartamento muy lindo y equipado pero para familias pequeñas, solo tiene un cuarto con una cama Queen y otro con 3 camas twin y el sofá cama que está en la sala. El lugar es hermoso solo que nosotros nesecitamos algo más grande. Pero lo recomiendo 100%.

Great Place to Relax and enjoy the best of the west coast

Starting with Jimmy who is the guy that will attend you at your arrival, he was great, gave us a great attention and even went further of his duties, bringing us fresh bread to enjoy the night that we checked in. The apartment has great location 1st floor with the pool right on front, Not a hazard of noise, as everybody really behave and enjoyed the Pool in a very good way. Overall this place is very located, has everything you need and the view from the balcony is spectacular. 5 Stars for me.

Nice property

This condo was spacious. Had a small adequate kitchen with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom had a queen bed, the second bedroom had twin bunk beds with one more pull out twin and the living room had a queen sleeper sofa. A/C in the bedrooms and oscillating fan and ceiling fan in the living room. We kept the second bedroom door open at night and it cooled the living room well. There are no bath towels for the unit. You have to bring your own. Extra linen was provided for the sleeper sofa. The pool is 48 inches deep at the most. Good for small children. The beach there is very rocky and buggy but the unit is just a short drive to Combate beach which is beautiful and a little further to Playa Sucia which is fabulous. Drove to La Parquera one night and took a short boat ride to the bioluminous bay. Worth $10 for sure and the town was adorable. We would definitely return.
