Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 5 to 10 minutes from beaches . 1.3 miles from “Combate” Beach–Cabo Rojo, Playa La Playuela“Playa Sucia”, Boqueròn Bay Beach–Buyè Beach, Punta Aguila beach. Also Punta Pitahaya is a great spot for kayaking. Enjoy el balneario in Downtown Boqueron where you can enjoy food , music festivals. Also 20 minutes away The bioluminescent bay at “La Parguera” located in Lajas, also Isla Mata la Gata is a mangrove island located in Lajas. Also Faro Los Morrillos is a prominent lighthouse stands atop 200-ft.

The Gorgeous "Lands End" of Puerto Rico

Cabo Rojo is the most beautiful part of Puerto Rico. There isn't much on offer in terms of restaurants, cultural institutions, so having an apartment with a kitchen where you can make sumple meals and pack lunches is the best option. We went to beaches near San Juan and on the South coast, and the beaches of Cabo Rojo were the most exquisite by far. Sandy, isolated and swimmable. Spend your days at the glorious beaches, at the wildlife preserve, at the salt flats, watching sunsets. We didn't get to do the biolumiscent bay trip because the full moon would have prevented us from seeing the bioluminescence, but if you time your visit by the moon, you will have this extra bonus. Antonio's apartment is quite basic, but has everything you need. You will feel like you are truly in Puerto Rico - with friendly neighbors and roosters all around.
