The location was great, good beach and within short walk to shopping. It is somewhat remote so 1 hour plus ride from airport, but worth the drive. "

"We spent the last 5 out of 14 nights in Costa Rica at The W and it was the perfect way to wind down and end the trip! The staff were truly amazing- so kind and attentive, friendly, knew our names and room number by like the 2nd day. All of the restaurants were very fun and offered a wide variety of food. The breakfast buffet was great! Cocktails were all delicious. Lots of fun free fitness and cooking classes. We would absolutely return :)"

"The hotel is in such a beautiful location, the staff at the restaurant and bar were absolutely wonderful, aswell as the front desk staff. Only thing I would point out is to make sure you bring your own water as there wasn’t water bottles or etc. Poolside bar is wonderful too!"

"Location was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the extra outdoor space including the pool area, it allowed for the property to feel like a great home base. Area was safe and my 10 year could walk up to the minimart on the corner for snacks! You can hear the waves but you can also hear that rooster in the morning."
