“Our stay was fabulous. We loved the location, close to beach, coffee shop, yoga, and restaurants. The house was roomy and comfortable. When we were out of supplies, we just asked and received items promptly. Washer/dryer was a plus. We did cook and used the grill. A bit old, but we managed. Great to have beach chairs and towels. Nice pool and seating in the backyard.Patricia was friendly and very responsive. Will try to stay here again in the future. Our one issue was with VRBO. We……

“My friend and I spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, games, chilling. The pool is amazing and Marian is an exceptional host, easy to communicate with and going over and above the necessary required. The highlight was the monkeys, who moved through the field in behind a couple of times and gave us some great viewing opportunities. Definetly recommend. ”

A bit excessive for my liking and felt a bit intrusive to be honest. Safety is one thing…I get that. It was hard……

“I will miss the views, their delicious breakfast and coffee every morning, but most of all their kindness. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable. Hope to come back soon! ”

“The house was great. We have no complaints and would stay again. Lots of room. Great location. Thank you Kyle ! ”

“Baliyana Lodge is a slice of paradise - beautifully landscaped grounds among the native trees on a hillside overlooking a valley towards the ocean. Remote but only 15 mins to the beach and 25 mins to Tamarindo. The hosts could not have been nicer, wonderful, healthy breakfast included, quiet, peaceful and serene location. The three cozy bungalows are comfortably appointed with understated elegance and simple luxury. A/C, awesome tile shower with great water pressure, plenty of shelving, nice……

“Yes, very refreshing.”
