I rent La Chaumine, a charming family holiday home (6 pers. 3 bedrooms, 90m²) with terrace in the heart of the city centre of Cabourg.

Terrace out of sight with an area of 60m². At your disposal, garden furniture, deckchairs and a Weber charcoal barbecue.

Charming and bright family home on 2 levels distributed as follows:

On the ground floor:
-A large living room of 30m²
-Open kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster);
-A large table that can accommodate 6 people;
-A lounge area with a large sofa and chaise longue, two armchairs and coffee tables, a smart TV;
-A bar area and its 2 high stools;
-A laundry area (washing machine and dryer);
-A wood-burning stove (please consult the instructions for use available in the welcome booklet).
-Separate WC
-A master suite of 15m², with access to the terrace, equipped with a double bed (140x190), wardrobe, large shower, washbasin and storage, heated towel rail.

Upstairs:
-A large bedroom of 15m² with two single beds (80x190), wardrobe and electric piano;
-A large bedroom of 15m² with two single beds (80x190), wardrobe, TV screen usable for the DVD player and the XBox 360;
-A bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage, heated towel rail and toilet.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends in the heart of the seaside resort of Cabourg (Normandy).

Many activities offered by the Cabourg Tourist Office. Tennis, Golf, Mini-Golf, Horse riding, Sailing, Racecourse, Casino, ... Close to the house.

Free Wi-Fi connection. Performance compatible with teleworking.

Free parking on the street and in the immediate vicinity of the house. The car is then no longer necessary to enjoy your stay in Cabourg.

- Pets (dogs) welcome (supplement of 50€ for the stay). Dogs are allowed on the beach facing the dunes of the Pointe de Cabourg, at the eastern end of the beach, all year round. NB: The hair must be vacuumed by you, dog droppings must be picked up and washed. The owner reserves the right to charge an additional €200 on the deposit in case of non-compliance with these instructions.

- Electric heating. Electricity package included up to €7 per day. Energy sobriety: The owner reserves the right to charge for excessive electricity consumption on the basis of the daily reading of the Linky metre (excluding arrival and departure days).

This house is a non-smoking area and, out of respect for other holidaymakers, we kindly ask you to respect this instruction. An ashtray is available for you to use outside.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided (1 bed 140x190 and 4 beds 80x190). However, you have the possibility to rent all or part of the linen from our partner LOCLINGE with a preferential rate (delivery on a 2-hour time slot to be organised with Alexandra). If you wish to benefit from it, I will give you all the useful information.
