- In the heart of the residence "La Roseraie", 250 m from the beach and the city center. This luxury, modern and comfortable apartment is located close to all the activities and events organized by Cabourg. This bright 2 rooms is quiet, in a secure residence of Norman architecture, in a park.
The privileged situation allows to forget his vehicle to take full advantage of the seaside resort and its beach of more than 4 kms.
Entrance, separate kitchen, equipped (dishwasher, oven, hob ...). Living room with 3 seater sofa, armchair. A large bedroom, bed 160 for 2 with closet, dresser and desk. Bathroom (washing-drying). Balcony with table and 2 armchairs.
Located on the 2nd floor, with elevator.
Closed private garage.
Tennis access in the residence.
Northwest exposure (evening meal in the sun! With the sound of the waves ...)
Not overlooked.

Cabourg war in unserer Zeit ein Traum. Es war Erholung pur. Sehr schöner Strand, imposante Stadt und ein interessantes Hinterland. Gepaart mit eine ruhig gelegene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung waren die zwei Wochen ein voller Erfolg.

This is apartment is in a great position, 30 minute drive from Ouistreham, minutes walk from a beautiful family friendly beach and Main Street with plenty of places to eat and drink . Communication with Catherine before arriving was excellent and she met us as agreed at the property. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable

Es war ein Traum
Cabourg mit dem tollen Strand, der langen Promenade, den Restaurants und die schöne Kulisse der Häuser kannten wir schon. Dieses Jahr kam ein angenehmes Wetter und die zentrale Wohnung hinzu. Diese war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Geschäften bescherte uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank auch den Eigentümer und unserer Betreuung, die sehr bemüht waren.

Great location for a break
This small but smart apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for a couple. It is only 5 minutes walk from the 3km long sandy beach and promenade and also in the other direction the main shopping and restaurant district. It’s on the second floor but there is a lift and the parking is tight but secure. We will be back!

Urlaub in Cabourg
Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, alles war so, wie beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr nett, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Cabourg ist eine netter Ort, Bäcker, Markt und andere Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar. Der einzige Minuspunkt war eine zeitweilige Lärmbelästigung durch Bewohner der benachbarten Wohnung.
