The property has step-free access, TV, heating, washing machine, and a baby cot available upon prior request, which may be available for an extra fee.

    You can park easily on the street. Events are not permitted on the property. The accommodation is designed for rest and relaxation, so we ask you to respect the surroundings, the peace of the neighbors, and basic house rules. Wi-Fi is not available.



    This traditional village house is located in the quiet town of Arenas de Cabrales, surrounded by mountains and ideally situated for exploring the Picos de Europa. You will have close access to mountain trails, the famous Cares Route, Naranjo de Bulnes, and local dining experiences. Nearby, you can visit the Cabrales Cheese Cave to learn about the traditional production of one of Asturias’ most iconic cheeses, while enjoying hiking, nature, and the typical cuisine of Cabrales.

This property is a really old house very well located in a quiet part of Arenas. Very handy for the bus to the Ruta de Cares and a few mins walk from the centre of Arenas with shops and restaurants etc. It was nice to stay in a house with history and the neighbours were very friendly. It’s also very close to a football pitch which our boys took advantage of. The only reason I’ve given it 3 stars is that I think it is very overpriced. It’s fairly basic accommodation, which I don’t mind, but we paid 380 per night - maybe this is just a premium for staying in Arenas or because we were late booking, but I think this is too much for this type of accommodation.
