Summary:

Just an 800-meter walk from the charming village of Cabrières-d’Avignon, this spacious 200 m² Provençal house welcomes you to a peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac used only by residents. Set on a natural 4,000 m² plot, unfenced and dotted with terraces, it offers a true sense of space and freedom in the heart of the Luberon.



The Space:

The living area opens onto a welcoming lounge, equipped with a large Sony flat-screen TV, a high-quality hi-fi system (NAD CD player, floorstanding speakers), and a Yamaha practice piano tuned for musicians. A Wi-Fi internet box allows you to stay connected.



Adjacent to the living area, the indoor dining room can accommodate up to 10 people, while a large summer dining area on the terrace, with a wrought-iron table and wooden benches, invites you to enjoy long al fresco meals.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a Godin gas range, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher, complemented by a utility room with a washing machine.



The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families and groups of friends.



- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) has its own shower room with a toilet. - One bedroom with a 100cm bed and en-suite shower.

- Two bedrooms with 140cm beds share a bathroom with WC.



- An independent studio completes the property, with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and shower room, ideal for guests seeking a little more independence.



Outside, a beautiful 9-meter stone swimming pool, treated with a salt-chlorine system for softer water, awaits you for a refreshing dip at any time, with integrated lighting for evening swims. Surrounding the pool are five sun loungers, an outdoor lounge area with a coffee table and armchairs, as well as a second small seating area, allowing everyone to find their own relaxing space. A large gas barbecue is available for easy grilling.



Linens and towels are provided, the pool is maintained once a week, and end-of-stay cleaning is included, with linens laundered once a week.
