“This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are nestled in the forest with big windows looking out into the trees. You can hear the river from the rooms, and there is a beach if you decide to swim. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful).
