“Prior to my stay, I received an email notification that contained a discrepancy regarding my reserved room size. I called the hotel directly and spoke with John at the front desk, who reassured me that I would get the correct room. When we arrived for an early check-in, John was there to assist us and handled the process seamlessly.
John represented the hotel exceptionally well. He was consistently friendly throughout our stay, and his professional demeanor was greatly appreciated.”
