“Hotel was pristinely clean - but we couldn’t get our room serviced once in a 4 night stay- even after requesting from the front desk. ”

The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track. We immediately contact the front desk and a maintenance person did a poor a very poor job fixing the issue. In fact, my inquired how a recently renovated room did not include replacement of what appeared to be very aged slinding shower doors and we was informed by the maintenance person that the shower was……

“Nice home, well appointed for a family or 3. Extremely organized and everything you need for the weekend. A salt lick outside the kitchen window invites the deer at sunrise. The short road to the drive is steep, rocky, and has deep water ruts… it’s drivable but an SUV or higher ground clearance helps. ”
