「The very best thing about this property are the hosts. Daniel has great English and he is very knowledgeable about travelling in Cuba with lots of terrific, reliable references and advice. If you need anything at all he can likely find it for you. They are good cooks with flexible meal times. Beautifully tiled rooms on a side street close to downtown. The newly redone roof top room next to the terrace is particularly good.」

「Wir hatten nicht die Gelegenheit, in der gebuchten Unterkunft zu übernachten, da sie angeblich belegt war. Der Vermieter holte uns mit einem Taxi ab, dessen Hin- und Rückfahrt wir überteuert bezahlen mussten und wurden von ihm zu einer Freundin gebracht, die eine Unterkunft an einer Strassenkreuzung ohne jegliche Schallisolierung hatte - es war, als ob der verkehr mitten durch's Zimmer fuhr. Wir haben uns dann selbst eine ruhige sehr schöne und eigentlich etwas günstigere Unterkunft in der Nähe...

「Tristemente tengo que decir que estoy decepcionada. Mi vuelo tenía un retraso de más de 3 horas y intente a comunicarme con Ustedes, pero lamentablemente no se pudo. Entonces cuando llegue me dijeron que la habitación estará ya ocupada y que era normalmente para 3 días antes, aunque en los papeles de la reservación pone todo correcto.. bueno, para mi es increíble como tratan a la gente.」

「Die Wirtin war freundlich, konnte leider kein Wort englisch. Stundenlanger Stromausfall, kein Wlan etc. Vor dem Zimmer hat die Familie so eine Art Wohnzimmer, in dem sich alle abends aufhalten und lautstark diskutieren. Wenn Strom da ist , dann läuft dazu noch lautstark der Fernseher.Die Strasse ist auch sehr laut.」
