You’ll treasure your time in our gorgeous glamping tents and our newly renovated home! Our retreat is perfect for your glamping, hunting, kayaking/canoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, or golfing getaway! It's literally across the road from the Manistee National Forest, 1/2 mile to Elm Flats River Access, 9 mins to Caberfae Ski & Golf, & 30 mins to Cadillac. We are also only 5 minutes to Coyote Crossing Resort and 12 minutes to the Hoxeyville Music Festival. Rental includes 2 glamping tents and the house!

The property was a farm but will now be used as a retreat and glampground because of its peaceful location right next to the Manistee National Forest. We will be using the space for Spiritual Retreats, Weddings, and other special events. Please inquire!

Currently, guests will have access to the tents and the home and the area to the boulders and fencelines. We ask that guests refrain from crossing into the neighbors' properties to the right, left, and the top of the property, entering the garage, and the large tent at the end of the property. Owner and neighboring property owners will consider any entry to be trespassing. Thank you for respecting our boundaries.

- Although the home is fully-furnished, it is self-catered meaning consumables and perishables are not provided, i.e. toilet paper or paper towels. We will only provide the initial rolls.
- We have one major rule and that is: NO SHOES in the house or tents.
- There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. If there are any butts found after your stay, we will charge you for clean-up.
- Currently the hot tub are under construction, and we ask guests to refrain from touching the hot tub.
- We live across the road from the river so there is lots of wildlife to include bears. To avoid bear encounters or attacks, we ask that guests:
- Bring your own bear spray;
- Please clean up any outdoor dining areas as soon as you are finished so that the food and smells do not attract any bears;
- DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUTSIDE;
- Please use double foil on the grill if you barbecue for easy clean-up and to prevent drippings in to the grease tray, which may attract bears;
- If you were the cook/chef, please shower and change clothes as soon as you're done to avoid attracting bears;
- Please refrain from wearing any perfumes, colognes, or any scented toiletries. Fragrant products attract bears.
- If you are living in the tents, please do not use mint toothpaste. Bears are attracted to mint.
- If you are living in the tent, please park your car behind the tent so you can store and lock your toiletries and other valuables in your vehicle. Bears are attracted to fragrant toiletries.
- There is no eating or drinking (except water) in the tents. Any food or beverages will attract bears.
- We are NOT responsible for any injuries or death due to any reason.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items due to any reason.
- Bath towels are provided, however, BEACH towels are not, so please bring your own. Please do not remove any bath towels from the property.
- By booking this property or entering the property, you and your fellow guests, invitees, and trespassers agree to NOT hold the owner, heirs, assigns, employees if any, contractors, subcontractors, or any other 3rd parties responsible or liable for any theft, harm, injuries, or death caused by any reason to you, your fellow guests, invitees, trespassers, or other 3rd parties.
