Good communication. If you show up after 2pm, you have to call the number on the office door. Lady was courteous and helpful. This is an older facility but has been well kept. Heat was not great (baseboard) but I did arrive around 1am. Room didn't warm up much overnight but was bearable. Would stay here again if I get out this way.

Nothing fancy, but clean & comfy
I stayed 1 night. Nice pillows & beds. Bathroom wasn't top-tier condition, but everything worked & the water was hot. Lady called me the morning before I stayed there to say she'd be away from the office by the time I get to the room, but she told me where to find the key.
Quiet location, good place cheapest in the area (that still has good Google reviews). I'm totally making this my regular stop for my visits to the area! :)
