We welcome you to the heart of Cádiz’s historic center — just an 8-minute walk from Playa de la Caleta. This private, spacious, artfully designed home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop terrace, and original artwork throughout, making it the ideal space for groups of up to 8 guests seeking both comfort and inspiration. Whether you're sunbathing on the rooftop, enjoying a dinner under the stars, or painting on the easel with a sea breeze, this home invites you to slow down and create. The rooms are equipped with both heating and AC Units as well as with additional blankets. Each guest has two pillows, a large towel, medium towel, hand towel and makeup towels. Bathrooms are equipped with body wash, shampoo, lotion and hairdryers. We are centrally located: 8 minute walk to Playa de La Caleta, 2 minutes to the nearest parking garage, 1 minute to a café plaza, 3 minutes to a grocery store. Surrounded by great restaurants and bars – endless options right outside your door! Create, relax, and explore – all from one inspiring home base.
