Gem on the Ocean

This is a beautiful property in a quiet location, but still close to so many great destinations. It had all the amenities we needed, was clean and the host was very responsive. We cannot wait to book again.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay! There were plenty beds and they were very comfy. The beach was close enough to walk to and was still surprisingly warm for October! The gifts were a nice touch. Would stay again if i ever make it back to PEI. Thank you!

Nice stay

The house was very nice and well stocked! Only problem was finding it in the night! I would suggest getting there in the daytime! The view was amazing! We couldn’t walk on the beach because of the hurricane! We highly recommend this property! Thomas was always helpful when I had questions!

Beachfront Retreat

This beautiful place checks off all the boxes. Communication with the owner Thomas was excellent. The cottage (more like a house) is fairly new and very clean and well maintained. It is stocked with all the kitchen essentials you might need. Heat pumps on both levels kept things very comfortable on the really hot days. Then you step outside and are greeted with a magnificent view of the Northumberland Strait and a beautiful beach, wonderful for walking, playing and swimming. An amazing place to relax and rewind!!!

Relaxation at its finest

What an amazing spot. We've been coming to this area for years renting cottages closer to the Confederation Bridge and even taking our travel trailer to Murray Beach Provincial park, but Thomas's place takes the cake. The views (especially at sunset) are truly amazing and having a beach pretty much to ourselves was a definite bonus. Loved the kitchen. It was a really nice size with all you need to make all your meals (pots, pans, big bowls, lobster utensils, etc). Beds were comfy (even the pull out sofa). But our favorite thing other than the beach view was the screen room . We ate all our meals out there (even when it rained a little bit one day). Oh, and I loved that they have multiply chairs and different types (zero gravity, camping chairs and beach chairs). Everything was very well thought out :)

Wonderful cottage

We had a splendid stay with family at this wonderful cottage. It was very well stocked with everything you would need. Thomas was great as a host. Perfect cottage for family to get together at the beach. Highly recommend staying here ! Thank you again, Blaine

Great Location x2

The Cadman Corner house was great for us. Right on the beach, the view was awesome. It was also a great location for launching into PEI for a day. It turned out to be an excellent choice.We only wish we had more time there.

What a location!

This cottage has a spectacular location looking over an ocean beach. We enjoyed many walks and swims and were often the only people on the beach and my kids loved hunting for crabs and shells when the tide was out. The general store next door is well equipped and you can find everything you need there.

Right on the beach

Fabulous cottage tucked privately down a short wavy drive… a few walks on the expansive beach … beds comfortable… had every thing we needed … great base for day trips around the area… would definitely come again

This really was a peaceful beachfront retreat! Right on the water with beach access. Beach was essentially private - we didn’t run into anyone our entire stay. Cottage was well-stocked, clean and matched the pictures/description exactly. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have a full bath on each level. We used the screened in porch extensively, so thanks for that! Location was good - allowed for easy day trips to the Acadian Coast, Moncton and Bay of Fundy. PEI was also a short drive away. Wonderful stay! Highly recommended and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summer Family Vacation

We had a great time there. The location is relatively close to everything: PEI, parks, etc. The water was very warm with lots of small creatures to catch and release. The kids loved the trip.

Vacation at the beach house

We had a great week at the cottage! It was wonderful having the beach right outside. Plus, the house is in a good location for day trips. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the dishes and of the fridge and by the tired and uncomfortable furniture (dining room chairs and couch not in great shape). Nonetheless, we appreciated our stay and made great memories there!

A visit to the Shediac Area of New Brunswick

This property is well equipped and has a wonderful setting. Unfortunately, for us, the weather was not as cooperative so beach time and enjoying the outdoors was in short supply. The property was great for 2 couples and we were able to travel easily to various spots in Shediac, Moncton and PEI. The owner was most helpful with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to enjoy.

Peace & Tranquility

We absolutely loved the house & the property as well as the beautiful & expansive views of the Northumberland Strait. The house, screened-in porch & deck all overlook the water, and the beach, though somewhat rough & rocky in places, is secluded and inviting at low tide. The owner of this lovely property was very prompt in responding to our questions and very responsive to our request for an early check-in. It is wise to arrive with most of the groceries needed for your stay, but there is a very charming little general store nearby where you can easily supplement your supplies. We hope very much to return one day to this little piece of paradise. This wish speaks volumes about how much we appreciated our stay!

Emplacement de choix

Localisation parfaite pour visiter les environs. Île du Prince Édouard, rochers de Hopewell, Moncton, Shediac etc. Site impeccable et tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire des repas sur place et profitez des fruits de mers des maritimes! La vue pour prendre le café le matin ou l’apéro en fin de journée est parfaite! Impeccable en terme de propreté et de confort!

Belles vacances

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très belle propriété avec accès à la plage. Ce n’est pas la plage de parlee beach car il a un peu plus de cailloux dans l’eau toutefois très agréable à marcher et à faire la chasses au petite roche. Un peu plus loin des centres mais très calme et paisible. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Nous avons adoré notre séjour

Superbe endroit pour relaxer au bord de la mer.

Endroit assez isolé, propice aux marches sur les dunes, les baignades rafraîchissantes, les observations de couchés de soleil magiques, etc. Le lieu est très bien équipé pour préparer de bons repas, mais il faut avoir des provisions car les épiceries et les marchés de poissons sont assez loin. Nous avons passé une splendide semaine.

Beauty and Comfort

I was staying in the area to facilitate an event nearby. How grounding it was to wake up each morning and walk across the grass to the beach before I left, then to watch the sunset in the evening. The house was immaculate and everything necessary to relax and enjoy our time here was provided. I hope to return.
