Good and clean hotel in a convinient central location. The only downside is that they do not have air con. Anyway they provide a fan.

Hotels.com states private parking which is why we booked here. The room and bathroom are very small. Breakfast was good and location was good. No air conditioner but a fan and an open window were suitable.

Great value property in great location

Always a winner for me ! You are in the heart of the city and just yards from a car park ! Staff are friendly and helpful ! There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and the staff aren’t really keen on giving you milk ! But that aside it’s a great hotel for Caen and d day stuff !

Stayed just one night. Room a bit warm/stuffy for my taste. Opening windows was an option but street noise was a bit loud for sleeping but what did I expect for a downtown location. Good experience overall.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé à 5 min du château et de la mairie (Abbaye aux Hommes) à 30 sec de la rue piétonne commerçante principale. Le personnel est délicieux (surtout avec une sauce à la crème :p). Le petit déjeuner proposé est excellent. La chambre était un peu exiguë, mais pas non plus carcérale. Il y a de la place, mais sans excès. La literie est correcte. Côté un peu moins bien : les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes (confirmé par le gérant), donc boules Quiès obligatoires pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, surtout si vous venez en été : les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Le point le plus discutable concerne l'état de la moquette, qui est tâchée est un peu partout, y compris dans les escaliers. C'est dommage, parce que sinon, c'est un hôtel très pratique, et l'équipe est vraiment charmante.
