I recommend this hotel over any in that area.

I had been in 2 hotels for my vacation trip and they do not compare with sejour hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel as first choice.

Lovely apartments in Caen

Room was clean and well equipped although a little tired looking, but comfortable and perfect. Really nice staff, great communication before and during the visit accommodating our needs. 20 minutes walk to the town center to the bars and restaurants and easy to get out to the main highways to get around Normandie. Thank you

No communications from Property = waste of money!

The property never sent me check in information, online and on their website it mentioned check in from 3pm but no end date. It was self check in so we needed them to send the right information but instead they sent nothing and no times so once we arrived off the ferry quite late the reception was closed and not accepting calls and there was no way of contacting anyone to get help on how to access parking or our room. We had a long journey all the way there to discover no coma from the property so we had to see last minute accommodation elsewhere at 11pm!!

The breakfast could be better - it was a bit basic for the price (10 Euros per person per night). However, the location is superb; quiet, safe, and 10 mins walk from the historic centre and the port with all the cafes, restaurants, etc. Very clean, comfortable room, for a very good price. The staff were very polite and helpful. Recommended.

I regret to report an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel’s reservation policies and customer service. Due to a medically certified condition, I was unable to travel as planned and offered to provide the hotel with proper documentation to support my cancellation request. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any refund, cancellation, or even a credit toward a future stay. While I understand that hotels have policies in place, reputable establishments typically demonstrate a degree of flexibility and understanding in genuine medical emergencies. The unwillingness to make any accommodation in this situation reflects poorly on the hotel’s commitment to guest care and basic compassion. Policies should exist to guide operations, not to penalize customers facing circumstances outside of their control. This experience has left me with no desire to stay at this property again, and I would caution future travellers to carefully consider the lack of flexibility before booking here.

Je vous refais pour la troisième fois cet avis légèrement négatif. Manque d’indications pour le trouver au milieu des autres bâtiments. Les chambres disponibles à partir de 15h mais arrivee a 15h40 et c’était limite…. Le parking est une option. il n’y a pas de climatisation et on étend les voisins Le positif l’accueil et la localisation près y centre ville

Bon accueil et bonne première impression générale de la chambre. Cependant, manque sérieux de propreté et d’entretien. À l’ouverture du canapé-lit, les draps n’avaient pas été changés, ce qui est inacceptable sur le plan de l’hygiène, une autre chambre nous a heureusement été proposée. Dans la salle de bain, plusieurs dysfonctionnements • La tablette menace de tomber, • Le pommeau de douche fuit, • Le pare-douche ne remplit pas sa fonction et laisse passer l’eau, ce qui inonde la salle de bain à chaque utilisation.

Juste une serviette par personne fournie, c'est très restreint surtout quand nous sommes une fille aux cheveux longs et que nous devons les laver. Pommeau de douche défecteux bien qu'utilisable quand même. Personnel très sympathique et de bons conseils.

There was an odour coming from the washroom like either sulphurous or sewer. The caught your senses as soon as the door was opened. We were able to shut the bedroom door and open the window slightly to allow fresh air in.
