“We loved our stay here! A lovely little cottage perfectly located in a charming village by Snowdon with great pubs and independent shops. We didn't have a car and using the local buses worked out just fine which is a bonus. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay in this quaint little cottage. Even our grumpy teen who doesn’t like anyone or anything thoroughly enjoyed her stay and wants to return. The most beautiful views of Snowdon from the living room window. Homely little fire burning and keeping us all cosy. Just idyllic. My son also found Rosalie’s bird poem book and as a parrot owning family he had a good chuckle reading them. 100% we will be back.”

“Rose cottage was a charming and comfortable place from which we could experience the highlights of the region. Sitting by the river on the outdoor patio was an amazing way to wind down from the many hikes around Beddgelert. The cottage was well equipped and proved to be a superb location. The only downside for us was the flooring. We encourage Elaine to consider replacing the carpet throughout with flooring that could better enhance the cottage’s charm and to ensure tidiness. “Where to start. The only positive comment is that the holiday park that the property is situated is lovely, with good facilities. If I was the owner of the park, I wouldn't allow this cottage to be associated with it. Now for the negatives. 1. Firstly the picture shown on the website is nothing like the property looks like and should be removed. Its an old terraced cottage. That needs a lot of TLC to the front and rear of the property. 2. “Beautiful cottage, spectacular scenery (when the weather is clear) Our weather wasn't great (storm Katherine!!) so low cloud obscured the view in the mornings. Gorgeous location, we met the hosts and they are lovely. Lots of places to visit. I have mobility issues otherwise a walk up on the hills would have been wonderful. Very well equipped and we would definitely come back.”

“My partner and I (and my dog) stayed Monday to Wednesday and honestly did not want to leave. The cottage is so welcoming, quirky and excellently equipped. The views are stunning and we can’t wait to return in the summer. We knew the weather wouldn’t be great when we booked so came well prepared. The beach close by was amazing even in the wind and rain. “Our stay was wonderful! We stayed with 2 dogs and another couple and everything we needed was met with ease. There were all the usual amenities and more! The lovely owners even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! It was a little difficult to find but they sent a lovely email with details directions which made it easy. We had a look at the animals on site which were all lovingly cared for and the orchard was lovely for a dog walk. We stayed in winter so didnt use many of the outdoor……
