"Lovely property and perfect base to explore north Wales - amazing views of Snowdonia and fields around had hundreds of sheep in. Property was clean and had everything you need. Only negative (if we’re being very picky!) was the water pressure…took an age to run a bath and the electric shower above is not the strongest. The other bathroom with a mixer shower was fine. Overall, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future!"

"Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. "Another 1st class stay in the best b&b in Caernarfon, even without breakfast. Jan is the most welcoming of hosts, with a beautiful, history rich property almost in the castle walls. Highly appointed rooms, spacious, spotlessly clean and with everything you could need. Looking forward to my next visit. Cannot stay anywhere better."

"Over all accommodation was fine, stayed for 3 nights. The views outside are breathtaking, and all the flaws of room can be forgotten for the views and trails around property. "Great Location in Town Centre within Castle Walls. Room and bed was Comfortable but could have done with coffee sachets which I did request for second night but didn’t arrive. Showers and toilets very clean on arrival but deteriorated during day and evening. All round great value in Twin Bunk Room. No Parking included so be prepared to search for Parking in Town"
