We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sabrina!

The setting was absolutely gorgeous with views of Cagli and the mountains. The house had everything we needed, with large rooms, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in several of the bedrooms. Our kids had so much fun in the pool and the speaker system and downstairs kitchen made it fun and convenient. Davide was super responsive and so nice. We would definitely stay again!

Villa favolosa e spaziosa

Sono stata una settimana a Villa Sabrina in vacanza con amici , la villa si trova vicinissima al centro e a delle trattorie tipiche marchigiane con un prezzo super accessibile . La villa è enorme e molto ben fornita per quanto riguarda gli utensili da cucina e tutto ciò che serve per pulire e per la lavatrice , inoltre è ancora più grande e bella di come appare in foto , casa pulitissima e proprietario super gentile e disponibile , al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare biscotti e vino di benvenuto e si è mostrato molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema . Inoltre in giardino ci sono tanti gattini bellissimi e simpatici . Inoltre la vista dalla Jacuzzi e dall' area sdraio è pazzesca . I vicini non sono confinanti con la villa quindi non ci sono problemi per ascoltare musica anche ad alto volume durante la giornata . Consiglio assolutamente di far riscaldare la piscina a meno che si vada proprio nei mesi più caldi perché essendo coperta è difficile che si riscaldi con la luce solare ( e quindi anche di controllare bene il meteo della settimana in cui si vuole soggiornare nella villa ) . Ottima esperienza consigliatissima !

Serenità tra bellezza e confort

Sono alla terza esperienza in questa struttura, dove trovo ciò che desidero: tranquillità e comfort in un ambiente molto curato. In casa non manca nulla. Le due cucine sono molto attrezzate: frigorifero, freezer, forno, lavastoviglie, macchine per il caffè di tutti i tipi, microonde, tostapane ... E' presente anche la lavatrice. Le camere matrimoniali del piano sopra la piscina sono molto ampie coi soffitti alti e le travi di legno, arredate con gusto. Il bagno con la doccia walk-in è da hotel 5 stelle, ma manca il porta-asciugamani sopra il bidet (dettaglio che si può rimediare facilmente). I letti sono grandi e comodi. Segnalo due sole note negative: lo spigolo della scala che porta nel soppalco della camera da letto più grande. E gli spigoli della mensola sopra il piano cottura che sono all'altezza della testa di una persona più alta di 1,80 m. La piscina coperta è unica. Il proprietario è una persona di una gentilezza e disponibilità che s'incontrano raramente. Spero di poter tornare.

Bellissima villa su due piani

Bellissima villa su due piani. Niente da dire sul piano signorile. Per quanto riguarda il piano di sotto, dal quale si accede alla piscina coperta, va decisamente rivisto. Devo poter andare in camera da letto senza passare dalla piscina. Tutt'altro viaggio rispetto a chi ha alloggiato di sopra. Menzione speciale per la Jacuzzi, davvero apprezzata, e per gli spazi ampi di cucina e sala. Attenzione agli spigoli vivi della cucina, che possono risultare pericolosi. La recinzione c'è ma con un ampio strapiombo, può essere un problema per animali e bambini.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Aussicht, Ruhe und Erholung

Wir waren mit 11 Personen in der 3. Oktoberwoche hier. Die Kinder konnten sich hier gut die Zeit vertreiben im Pool und auch im Wirlpool. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist kein Problem um schnell mal was zu kaufen oder zum Bäcker für Frühstück was zu holen. Die Stadt läd zum Spaziergang ein. Sehr gut ist der Service von DH Villas und dem Vermieter Davide. Davide ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist immer erreichbar wenn man ihn braucht. DH Villas können organisieren und reservieren wenn es um Restaurants oder Ausflüge geht. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen hier. Gern kommen wir wieder mal hier her. Villa Sabrina - Herrlicher Aufenthalt im Mai/Juni 2024

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen im Mai/Juni 24 in der Villa Sabrina, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (5, 8, 8, 10). Vom ersten Tag an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Die Lage ist einmalig, der Blick ins weite Tal einzigartig und die hochwertige Ausstattung der Villa gefiel uns sehr. Direkt von der Villa aus lässt es sich prima wandern und in der näheren Umgebung fanden wir alles was das Herz begehrt: Wasserläufe mit Gumpen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants (unsere Empfehlung: Il Ristoro del Passante) und historische Städte (unsere Empfehlung: Urbino und Gubbio). Unsere Jungs erkundeten in außergewöhnlich schönen Touren mit ihren Gravel Bikes die herrliche Landschaft. Und wir alle fanden Entspannung im großen Pool und Whirlpool sowie auf den verschiedenen Terrassen am Haus. Ganz besonderer Dank gilt Davide, dem Hausherrn. Er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wir konnten ihn immer fragen wenn es Probleme gab (z.B. Autowerkstattempfehlung!) und kümmerte sich wirklich rührend um unser Wohl. Davide spricht Italienisch, sein Sohn aber hervorragend Englisch. Wir können die Villa Sabrina nur empfehlen und kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder. Vielen Dank auch an DH Villas, excellenter Service, Anfragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Gerne buchen wir wieder bei Ihnen.
