“MICHAEL!!! We’ve been in Ireland for 5 nights and have stayed in 5 different places. The Lodge was above all our favorite! Michael was so warm and welcoming and had the best suggestions. The pizza place next-door is amazing! We were in Italy, 2 Christmases ago and this pizza was even better!”

“Upon arrival the lot was completely full due to a match nearby. But when I parked illegally and went to check in, the lovely receptionist, Kelly, spoke to the restaurant and asked that I be allowed to park in a specific spot not typically allowed for patrons. So appreciated after the drive from Dublin in the rain. The room was very large, with a separate lounge area and was generally clean. It was a bit musty and could have used a dehumidifier but opening the windows helped. The bathroom was……

“Location is just right. Staff are nice and helpful. Room decoration is quite old and small. Bath with no shower head and only the one attached to the wall.”

“They weren’t kidding when they named it the SNUG Townhouse. The room is SMALL. As wide as the bed and then just a bit longer. ”

“Our room was on the top floor, no elevator, but the view outside the window from our room was quit nice. The bathroom was a little bit small, but the bed was cozy.”

“Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!”

“Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. The toilets are communal but there’s lots of them so we never waited for them. It actually speeded us all up getting ready as we had a toilet each in the morning. Free supplies for breakfast and a fully functioning kitchen. Big car park too. The only negative was the check in process. You collect keys from the bar and there was a party on so we had to wait half an hour for someone to come with the keys ”

“Comfy bed & nice view. We can see they have updated the rooms a little but the bathrooms need upgrading. Rooms & restaurant cold. Would definitely pay more if upgraded & warm ”
