“Staff were brilliant.
Car park was flooded along with fitness centre and they took everything in their stride. No panicking, no outburst of frustration, they just kept their cool and offered great customer service.
Very well done to all involved, great credit to the hotel.”

“Check in was very easy online & the reception staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with a great view. The room was very modern and fitted out with a couch and 2 armchairs and foot rests. There were also 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful, and once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit outside town so you would need to get a taxi (€20). Only a short……
