「I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. 」

「A great place to relax and get away from it all. We love the outdoor infinity pool, the hubby loves the steam room, dry sauna and the other facilities in the thermal suite. I have had spa treatments in the past, but didn't partake this time. Only draw back - robes and slippers are not for the larger person - XL robe is about a UK size 14, slippers not over size 8 - but knowing this, we bring our own.」
