No VIP access even I booked

I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating.

Breakfast was very good I must say. There was enough variety come even for us as vegetarians. We didn't spend very much time in the hotel so there isn't much to say about the other facility such as the pool etc and we had little interaction with the staff. The only things that I would say won't the best was the road noise. We were in 311 and the noise from the road was disturbing. There was insufficient pressure from the shower and there was a draft coming from the balcony door. I think it gave me a cold. Aside from that, the hotel was great very nice, there is someone there to help you check in or you can check in online and they will help you get your key. If you don't mind doing a little walking the center is maybe half a mile. If I'm back in Dublin again, I would definitely consider staying here

This is nice hotel, but the only downside is not having a refrigerator in the room. We would take some food to go from the hotel restaurant and it would go bad by the morning due to sitting in the room temperature in our room. Otherwise, the staff, the rooms, the location of the hotel are super nice.

We had a really pleasant stay overall. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made a big difference from the moment we arrived at 1130pm. The bartenders and wait staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. We extended our check out time to 2pm and that was not a problem at all. There was a fee, but comp us for the one extra hour. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well each night. The location is a huge plus, it’s in a newer, modern-feeling part of Dublin that felt safe and easy to navigate. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, and having the train station just a 5-minute walk away made getting around even easier. The only downside was the lack of proper climate control in the room. There’s no way to adjust the temperature, and the only airflow comes from opening the windows slightly. The hotel did provide a fan, which helped, and thankfully the room didn’t get too warm during our stay. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for the location and service.

Personal sehr nett, Frühstück typisch und lecker Leider hat von Anfang an bei uns die Heizung nicht funktioniert und es wurde etwas mobiles reingestellt, mit der Zusage am nächsten Tag kommt wer. Es ist niemand gekommen bzw ist man ja nicht im Zimmer und wartet auf einen Techniker.

No hot water due to maintenance but no one said anything during check-in. A few hours later I came back and went to my room and still no hot water and no notice. The following morning many other rooms on my floor were being renovated. Extremely disappointing to be on a floor under construction and without hot water. This is not a serious hotel and I do not recommend it.
