「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」

Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space.
