「Beautiful property. 」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Svingende kvalitet af service fra personalet: i to dage oplevede vi personalet som havde mere travlt med at snakke privat i tlf end at sørge for gæsterne, i to dage hvor der kom en anden person til, var oplevelsen en helt anden - god! Prisen svarer ikke til kvaliteten. Vi boede på et værelse hvor en hver bevægelse fra naboværelset kunne høres samt delte vi ventilator med naboværelset som gjorde at hver gang der blev tændt lyset på naboværelset, kørte /larmede ventilatoren.
