Staff were wonderful, food for breakfast and dinner was incredible! The room was a little squishy with the space around the wall and bed but was clean and tidy and perfect for our stay! Lots of buses to use to get to Palma etc think they should advertise this in the hotel for travellers

Hotel was in a great location, easy to get a taxi to many places but got stuck in the lift on the last day and had a delayed lack of response from the reception team and no apology regarding the inconvenience.

Wir haben diese Woche im Hotel übernachtet und insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön – allerdings wäre es vor allem in der Hochsaison wünschenswert, wenn die Öffnungszeiten länger wären. Leider gab es ein paar Punkte, die weniger positiv waren: Der Aufzug war sehr langsam, man musste lange warten und wir haben uns darin nicht ganz sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings war das Bad sehr klein. In der Dusche fanden wir Haare von fremden Personen, was nicht besonders angenehm war. Die Badezimmertür ging nur wenige Millimeter an der Toilettenschüssel vorbei, und die Türen waren insgesamt undicht – nachts sah man Licht durchscheinen. Zudem waren die Wände extrem hellhörig. Uns persönlich hat das nicht so sehr gestört, da wir den Großteil des Tages unterwegs waren und erst spät abends ins Zimmer kamen. Für Reisende, die viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchten, könnten diese Punkte jedoch störender sein.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen reichlich, vielfältig und sehr schmackhaft. Themenabende zum Abendessen haben uns sehr gefallen. Betten hart, daher nicht so gut geschlafen. Durch den nahen Flughafen, ist doch der Fluglärm zu hören.

I absolutely adore every aspect of these hotel from the kind and educated attention from the staff to the delightful breakfast buffet, it was amazing, fresh and there was tons of options… The place it’s beautiful with a minimal design, the pools and the fact that you can make an aperitive or drink something and get chill until late night it’s definitely a plus.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Service was great. Our only issue was that the AC didn’t work the first two nights that we were there but hotel maintenance stopped by to fix it after we brought it to their attention.

Loved everything about our stay. Especially the housekeeping staff. We noticed that when Patricia cleaned our room, everything smelled fresh and looked its best. Also, the wait staff were brilliant. The food was the best we’ve had at a hotel in Mallorca. It was a very short walk to the beach, good restaurants, and super markets. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay, adults only so no roudy kids. Great location for airport and local buses and the pools a wonderful way to cool off after a day of exploring.

Il personale dell’albergo fa la differenza di questa struttura. Tutti sorridenti e gentilissimi, la responsabile è italiana ed ha un pensiero gentile per tutti oltre ad essere estremamente di aiuto per qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno. Le camere sono un po’ piccole ma molto confortevoli e pulite . Ci tornerei domani , mi sono davvero trovato bene.

Enorm genoten van dit hotel. Schoon, vriendelijk personeel, verschillende plekken om te relaxen, dicht bij zee, restaurants op loopafstand, vliegveld binnen 10 min bereikbaar, ontbijt buffet was goed.
