A world away from the backpacker hostels and souvenir shops of downtown Cairns, yet only 20 minutes by limousine from Cairns International Airport, 21 The Beach Club is an elegant 3-bedroom self-contained apartment within a fully appointed landmark resort complex.
In just a few paces from the verandah of this stylish ground floor apartment, you can dip into the formal pool and spa, or into the expansive sandy lagoon pool to order a cocktail from the swim-up bar. For those wanting a little more privacy, a secluded rainforest pool is tucked away amongst lush tropical foliage where only the sound of water spray breaks the serenity.
Palm Cove’s main street, Williams Esplanade is a slow-paced shared zone which is a mecca for pedestrians, parents with prams, cyclists, joggers, grand limousines and the occasional adventure tourist in need of cultural and sensory revival. While a long stretch of cafes, restaurants and boutiques adorn one side of the esplanade, the other offers a breathtaking view of the sparkling Coral Sea and Double Island framed by legendary swaying palm trees.

We had a great stay over Christmas with our two kids, aged 5 and 9. The host, Lisa, was quick to respond to any questions I had about my stay and made the booking process easy. The condo was clean, spacious and equipped with anything you could need to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in unit (with detergent to use), bath and beach towels, and a parking spot for in/out access to the resort. The beds were comfy and the showers had great pressure! We all loved the resort which had two pools. One pool was kind of deep, but the other pool had zero depth entry with sand, and a swim up bar. My kids loved this pool and it was so nice to have the sand to play with right there. (There is also a beach across the street from the resort with a small playground). The pool water was warm, too! There are loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was really nice and handy. This resort is about a 30-35 minute drive to Cairns, which was nice for our trip to the Great Barrier Reef. We had a fantastic stay and will not hesitate to stay here again if we ever make another trip to Australia!

Amazing space. Beautified location. Love the pool access. It’s amazing. Lisa was wonderful to deal with, we had the dryer breakdown on us and it was replaced within 48 hours, additional clean towels were provided. Incredible service. We had our 20 month old with us and Lisa worked around nap times for us. We received a linen change twice during our 2 week stay which was lovely. I highly recommend.

We’ve just returned from our amazing stay at the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor of the resort and the gate in the balcony allowed for easy access to the pool/resort - so handy with the kids! When not in the pool we loved sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the pool and gardens. Everything was well thought out and beautifully decorated. Lovely welcome from Sandra who checked on us a couple of days later to see we were ok. You are well placed in Palm Cove to enjoy everything. Thank you!

Gorgeous, modern & spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Fantastic location within the complex, just a few steps away from our pool from the verandah! We ate outside every day. So many shops & restaurants around us. I loved the beautiful beach & jetty across the streets! Absolutely love Palm Cove!

Palm Cove and the Beach Club is where to be!

This was tied for the nicest property we have stayed and we travel often. Luxurious without being pretentious. The condo was huge with the added benefit of being part of a resort with three beautiful pools. We loved sitting on our patio which is right next to the two larger pools! We had the privacy of our own space, but could be part of the action and take a dip anytime at any moment. This condo is in the best location!Lisa (owner) and Karen (property manager) were both extremely helpful and accommodating even with a last minute request to add an extra night and arrive early.If you are searching properties in the Cairns and Port Douglas area, look no further! Palm Cove has everything you could want (so many restaurants, tour bookings, bike rentals, etc). - right at the beach and yet not hectic - it is happening, but peaceful. There is a great trail that I walked daily that takes you over 3 miles of beach and bush. Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family holiday

We loved this property and cannot wait to come back! It was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. We loved being so close to pool side, the rooms were very comfy and very clean and well styled. Loved having the sand pit equipment and pool noddles. Thank you again.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment is gorgeous with a gate from balcony that leads diectly to the pools, spa & swim up bar. Everything has been thought of in the apartment with plenty of crockery, glasses & towels. The decor is beautiful and beds extremely comfortable. A great touch was the mid week towel & bedding change. Plus there was no requirement for guests to do a massive clean before departing Peppers Resort is incredible with plenty of beautiful restaurants within a very short walk. Host Lisa and local contact Karen were extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment, really can't fault it We hope to return as it was the best holiday we've ever had

Beautiful and perfectly appointed, this property is more than a simple apartment. We loved the direct pool access and ability to sit on our own patio while reading and having a glass of wine. No need to clamber for lounges around the pool- we were already there! This was our third stay at Peppers and we agreed that it was our favourite accommodation. Everything was thought of and we didn't have to bother the property manager once (although I would add that Karen was very helpful at check in). We would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Beautiful, convenient and comfy

We had the best time at this apartment. Can’t beat the location with pool access and so close to shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed including sharp knives which most rental places never have! It was so quiet with I was originally worried about since we were so close to the pool. With the doors shut it was super quiet and really peaceful at night. The beds were super comfortable and all the rooms spacious. The girls loved the outdoor spa bath. Such a novelty. Thank you we will be back for sure!

Awesome place to stay

We have stayed at peppers before; however, this apartment was by far the best. Great location and is equipped with everything (and more) you need for some time away. It was a challenging and stressful lead-up to our stay after the cyclone/flood but Lisa's communication was awesome. I couldn't fault the stay; wish we could give an extra star!!

We just spent the most amazing week in Palm Cove topped off with the PERFECT accommodation. Lisa's place was exactly what we as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 4) needed. The property was clean, tidy and very well stocked and equipped. Karen and James were so helpful and lovely to deal with. We loved our stay so much that we're likely going to return next year :)

Perfect place for young family and grandparents

We could not have asked for a better apartment for our holiday. The pools were on our “door step” and the beach just a minutes walk away. Lisa could not have been more helpful with our requests. Karen (meet and greet) and James ( housekeeper) were also friendly and helpful.

Would really love to keep this a secret but.....

This property was amazing! Great location, beautiful personal touches like a scented candle next to the bath, novels, condiments in the kitchen , sunscreen and the list goes on! The liaison lady was very helpful and dealing with the owners prior to leaving was seamless with prompt replies to any question. We loved our time there and would definitely return.
