The property was as described. The rooftop area is aging but functional. At this time of year (July) the large pool was cold but having the heated lap pool and spa was nice. The restaurant was expensive and poor value. The location is good, just a 10 minute walk to the main strip and just out the back gates to the beach.

A great place to stay

We stayed here as a family, it’s great apartment. Good facilities at the sea temple, with good pools to swim in and right near the beach. A short walk to shops and restaurants, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Lovely and spacious. Great location. Only thing I’d say is the hotel doesn’t seem fond of you if you have a private room. So don’t expect anything from the hotel

Nice apartment, well equipped. Would suggest an update/reminder email a couple of days prior to arrival as the keys are not on-site. Roller blind in bedroom was broken and we were impressed that a handyman came to fix it within an hour of our call (at 5pm on a Friday!)

The sea temple was under renovations if I’d known we would have stayed elsewhere.

Disappointed with the facility at the sea temple the building is being paited thus half of the building was in scaffolding looking inwardwards towards main pool area. Workers there all week looking at you and rooftop spa being paited wasn’t very private. We paid good money to stay there knowing we’d use the facilities but were able to enjoy our stay kids pool area closed as the deck was being painted. We want some of our money back and wish to take the matter further.

Good location but beware of poor communication from the property manager

We stayed in Palm Cove last year. Our friends suggested the Sea Temple/Pullman this year. We booked through this website via a “third party”. We were not advised that work was being done on the property during our stay. This meant water blasting/painting and scaffolding across units. The major issue was that the main, largest pool was closed for half of our stay. We were disappointed that we were not advised of this prior to checking in. My friend also booked through a different third party and they were informed of the work being done and the pool closure PRIOR to their stay. They were also offered a significant discount to conpensate for this. Their room was 304. Ours was 424/425. Our unit has a “roof top” which sounded great in the description but unfortunately the area does not look like it has been looked after, with mouldy cushions on the 2 sun loungers. We therefore did not use the area. Palm Cove is lovely and the Sea Temple/Pullman has good beach access and is away from the main street for a sense of remoteness. The unit we stayed in was tired and in need of an improvement in my opinion. In addition, the lack of communication about the pool closure and work being done left us with a poor overall experience.
This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified.

Couldn't ask for better - a fantastic unit and res

The unit was spacious and both bedrooms had king beds - one with a spa and one with a huge shower. The upstairs area with BBQ, tables/chairs and sun lounges was huge. We stayed for a wedding and it was definitely a five star holiday. I would recommend this to anyone - great for 2 couples to share. Would definitely go back without hesitation.
