Guest Requirements
- We welcome small families and single travelers. In accordance with local regulations, guests must submit their ID in advance for security clearance within the compound.
- Couples of Arab nationality are required to provide proof of marriage along with their ID for security approval.

Visitation Rules
- Visitors are welcome, provided all gatherings adhere to Egyptian and Islamic customs and traditions.
- Family gatherings are permitted, but we do not allow mixed gatherings of single individuals of opposite genders.
- Visitors must leave before 9 PM to respect community regulations.
- Visits should not disrupt quiet hours within the compound, observed from 5 PM to 10 AM.
- Guests wishing to stay overnight must submit their ID in advance for security approval.

Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Cleanliness is our top priority to ensure all guests enjoy a superb experience. Guests are expected to maintain the apartment’s condition during their stay.
- For longer stays (7+ days), weekly cleaning is required to ensure upkeep. A USD 15 cleaning fee applies.
- Thank you for understanding—this helps us keep the apartment in excellent condition for both you and future guests.

Extra Services
- Additional Cleaning: For stays longer than 10 days, we require weekly cleaning (USD 15 per session).
- Children’s Furniture: Crib and a highchair are available for USD 5 per night each.
