I adored this hotel. Absolutely beautiful view of the pyramids. I would say that the hotel is right next to a busy highway and it gets loud with the traffic, so that's something to keep in mind.

The Room was aesthetically pleasing. The view was perfect and the breakfast was good. The hospitality was outstanding and staff were more than accommodating and assisted us with every need. They made our stay extremely enjoyable!

部屋は写真の通りでした。エクスペディアの部屋の詳細では浴槽ありと書いてありましたがなかったです。 清掃はエジプトであることを考えればまぁまぁなのでは無いでしょうか。髪の毛や埃が落ちている程度です。 多くを求めなければ、全然アリだと思います。 お湯は出ます。（不安定ですが） 所謂一棟建のホテルではなく、既存の建物の6階にあります。 エレベーターがありますがカードキーがないと使えないので最初は近隣の人に呼びかけて乗せてもらうといいです。

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Eyes of Egypt Hotel! From the very first minute I walked in, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. As a solo traveler, my biggest priority was feeling safe, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. They coordinated my tours and drivers, making exploring Cairo so much easier and stress-free. What made this experience truly special was the personal connection I developed with the staff. I shared meals with them, laughed with them, and got to know them in a way you simply don’t get at a larger hotel. Their hospitality felt genuine, and I never felt like just another guest. They made me feel like family. Don’t let the hotel’s exterior deter you. The real beauty of this place is on the inside, in the hearts of the people who work there. I’m so grateful I chose to stay here, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo, especially solo travelers looking for a welcoming and safe experience. P.S. Mustafa is the BEST! ❤️

I love my stay here. The room is so big and beautiful. I have a room with a large luxurious hot tub. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel safe. Staff is kind and always helpful with all my concerns. They even helped me order food late at night. It is a boutique so not a full hotel meaning it’s all on one level on the 6th floor but once you’re here it is so clean and everything is upgraded. Bathrooms are great. Room service is great and I especially love the communication and transportation to/from airport. View of pyramids is right outside my window. No complaints ✨

Also wie bereits in einem anderen Kommentar beschrieben, sollte man sich von der Umgebung nicht täuschen lassen, das Hotel an sich ist wie eine Oase in der Wüste. Das Personal kümmert sich rund um die Uhr um einen, jeder Wunsch wird sofort umgesetzt. Das Frühstück welches ins Zimmer gebracht wird und am besten auf dem Balkon mit einem Ausblick auf die Pyramiden genossen werden sollte, war auch lecker. Ich möchte mich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche bei dem jungen Team bedanken.

When you first arrive it looks destroyed from the outside once you go up to level 6 and walk into the reception area it changes. The hotel and their rooms are very nice and clean. The views were beautiful. It is noisy. The highway is next to the hotel but I’m use to the noise. Didn’t bother me. Tours and transportation was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Cairo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel so welcome. The reception team, especially all the boys, were incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to help with absolutely everything throughout our stay. A massive thank you to Mohammed and Mostafa for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made our experience unforgettable. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the magnificent view of the Pyramids from the comfort of our own balcony. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. If I ever come back to Cairo, I will 100% be staying here again because I know I’ll be well looked after. It was so bad we didnt even stay there. The building is an apartment building with hotel on 6th floor, elevator was not working, people moaning in hallways of apartment, the lobby of the building was filthy. We had our driver bring us to another hotel. Even he was wondering why we booked a stay in such a bad area of the city. We didnt even ask for a refund.

Es war meine erste Unterkunft in Gizeh und ich hatte einen wundervollen Blick auf die Pyramiden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, genauso wie der Inhaber des Hotels. Danke an Mostafa, Hany, Hint und Mahmoud für eure Hilfe diesen Aufenthalt so schön zu machen. Die Zimmer sind modern, hell und mit Balkon und Badewanne ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch kann man das Frühstück unterschiedlich bekommen und dieses auf den Balkon mit wundervoller Aussicht genießen. Die Lage ist gut und mit dem Uber gegenüber der Schule gut zu erreichen. Das hier ist eine Unterkunft mit Herz und ich kann es liebend gerne weiterempfehlen.
