We couple stayed for 6 nights. It was terrible experience. No help since day 1, I have to carry my own suitcase to my room, Bathroom shower has no door, while taking shower all the water came out to the bathroom floor and its flooded. Air condition wasn't working properly. Locker wasn't working properly, we asked to change the room, but they didn't. They changed the room the day we were about to checkout, it was for few hours. Breakfast has no menu; they don't know how to make egg omelet, there food service was not guest demand, they serve what they have in their list. It's a waste of food. Bread was not fresh and too many flies was running around can't enjoy the breakfast at all. Staff was friendly but management sucks. I will not recommend to anyone, and I will never go back again. Airport shuttle was ok, but the car was very bad condition no AC in the car. I booked the car for pick up and drop off but they said it was only for airport pick up no drop off. its scammed.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay at this hotel was. We were greeted with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and the most welcoming hospitality every day of our stay! Every single person working there between the day and nights shifts were so kind, attentive, and friendly. Communication for anything you need was so fast and done with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience, cleanliness, comfort, and incredible views of the pyramids from the rooftop! No complaints at all!

Honest review from a westerner who travels a lot. We had the best room in the hotel on floor 6 with a jacuzzi tub and a patio overlooking the museum and pyramids. You are right next to the highway. Again, if you’re prepared. This is fine. The room was fantastic. Other rooms looked pretty small by western standards. I’ve stayed at the JW Mariott before in new Cairo. That’s a five star experience and self contained. This hotel is in REAL Cairo city at the dead end of a residential street. No frills. Trash piles. Not walkable. No restaurants near. If you’ve been to Cairo, this is not a surprise and no big deal. Uber works great! You can get anywhere in minutes. Super location, especially for the museum. The staff is exceptional and very eager. Breakfast is simple and fine. Egg. Cheese. Beans. Fruit. Breads. But served with enthusiasm.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the views are incredible—you can see the new museum and even the pyramids. The staff truly made the experience special. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM, and they still helped us get food and served us at the hotel. That level of care made us feel at home right away. The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with two king-size beds, and the rooftop breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay with Amazing Pyramid & GEM View We had a wonderful stay at New Museum Guest House (Pyramids View) in Giza. The hotel is nice, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ali and the team, who were very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning (free airport pick-up) and had a late departure, and the staff graciously accommodated us by safely storing our luggage, which made our travel day much easier. The free breakfast was also very nice, a great way to start the day before sightseeing. Yes, the hotel is located at the end of a small alley, but don’t let that discourage you. The view from our room (502) was fantastic—we could clearly see both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids, which made the stay extra special. Overall, this place is excellent value for the money. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and an incredible view. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Giza!

Great communication from the team at the property from start to finish - we booked the transit from the airport which was stress-free. The hotel is opposite the GEM (a short Uber ride, not really practical to walk across the busy roads) and the view of the pyramids is perfect (again these are a quick Uber ride away). Our room was one of the older rooms with slightly dated amenities but we had no issues with it. Breakfast was plentiful, probably too much (though not much variety if you’re staying multiple days). Eating breakfast on the terrace looking at the pyramids is a holiday highlight. Other than the view the other main highlight of the property is the friendliness and welcoming staff - a great team who are an asset to Egyptian hospitality.
