I stayed ther 3 days and the room was clean, staff so helpful,also i had airport shuttle for pick up for free its complimentary for my stay so when i was arrive the driver was waiting for me at the arrival with name on it no more hassle for me. and i had a free breakfast including my stay so they are fresh and the view at rooftops while eating there was so fabulous, looking at the GEM and the pyramid view. I had a lovely stay...

I have stayed at different hotels in Cairo and this one is one of the best. The staff has been the friendliest and most helpful out of all competitors - always asking if you need anything any chance you pass them. The room was clean. The rooftop restaurant with a pyramid view for breakfast was great. They organized a stress free shuttle for me when I arrived. When I come back, I am booking with them every time.

I had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options! Perfect location. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The airport lost our luggage and the concierge personally went out and bought us supplies the first night of the trip. All of the staff members were so friendly and helped us arrange Ubers and gave us recommendations on where to go. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The rooftop view of the pyramid and the new museum is breathtaking. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.
