"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were really helpful. A special thanks to Rajab in the Exec Lounge, Christine and Ibrahim during breakfast and to Raed for helping recover a phone left in a taxi. Overall, an excellent stay and would happily return."

"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "
