不滿:整潔度和住宿狀況
The Manager, Dr Yassen is friendly. He arranged to receive and drop us at the airport, good. We had hot water for shower- good. There is potential for improvement. Raniya gave a good cleaning but hidden dust behind windows, in mattresses, wardrobes needed regular thorough dusting. A bathroom leaked and a power socket blew off. This self-catering apartment hardly had cutlery, crockery, pan & pots, not even a working electric kettle.
