Great service !!!

Big shut out for Jefferson in the reception waitress Kev and the cleaning lady Marcia they definitely accommodate all our needs thank you so much this hotel was refer to us by a local Luciana told us to choose this pousada and she was right I wish the water at the balcony pool was warm and the main pool but it’s all good we enjoy the stay and definitely recommend to others.

Lovely spot on the First Beach!

Lovely place with delicious food and helpful staff. We had some issues with our first room, but they fortunately moved us to another one. The location on the first beach is convenient to restaurants, shopping and really just gorgeous there by the mountain/on the beach. I loved the roof deck and pool area as well. We had to work while we were there and were super relieved that the internet was awesome! There was no desk in the room (despite the picture showing a small table with a laptop on it on Hotels.com), but the staff was super accommodating and brought a table and chair into the room for my husband to do all of his work calls. We would definitely stay here again for the wifi, breakfast, beach location and rooftop alone, though we would have preferred the room not to have a bathtub. Don't let the giant bathtub turn you off of this place. Store your luggage there and enjoy everything outside of the room!

Que hospedagem maravilhosa. Hotel de luxo, entao, foi caro, mas valeu a pena pela vista do quarto pro mar, chuveiro muito forte, cafe da manha muito bom e com variedades. Uma pena que a piscina do quarto n tinha agua quente entao nao deu pra entrar pois a agua eh mto fria.

A pousada é muito boa, provavelmente uma das melhores opções em Morro de São Paulo. Bem localizada. Os quartos são novos e bem equipados, com boas toalhas e uma excelente piscina na cobertura. A piscina do quarto utilizamos pouco, porque a água estava bem fria. O grande destaque fica para o atendimento da equipe, sempre muito prestativa desde o check-in, equipe de camareiras, bar da piscina e restaurante. O Antônio e o Marcos foram sempre muito atenciosos na área da piscina.

Excelente Pousada

Excelente Pousada com ótima localização (1a praia), área tranquila, excelente piscina, vista incrível, restaurante muito aconchegante. No entanto gostaria de deixar como sugestão a melhoria das toalhas, não são compatíveis com a qualidade do hotel, muito finas, parece aquelas toalhas baratas da shopee. E também vou fazer uma crítica em relação ao quarto 201. Como este quarto fica virado para a rua, a janela deveria ter um anti-ruído, o barulho da rua realmente incomoda quando se tenta dormir e outro ponto importante desde quarto é que a posição da janela fica na diagonal para a cama e como a cortina fica afastada da parede o sol entra pela lateral e bate diretamente no seu rosto as 6/7 horas e não tem o que fazer, você vai acordar. Então é isso: - Melhor qualidade para as toalhas de banho - Janela anti-ruído (quarto 201) - Conserto cortina (quarto 201) No mais, adorei a pousada e voltaria mais vezes.

Melhor experiência em 25 anos de Morro São Paulo

O serviço é impecável, o café da manhã incrível, pois é a beira mar. A recepção e o staff do Bar foram maravilhosos. Experiência surpreendente. O restaurante Vicenzo, certamente tem a melhor comida e o melhor serviço de Morro. Experimentem o menu degustação de sobremesas que é um show a parte!!
