「This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.」

Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...
