「Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.」

Leider fehlt der Anlage Liebe und Charme, Frühstück viel Auswahl aber Qualität mäßig. Personal wenig freundlich. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es bei dem Preis nicht mal kostenfreies Wasser für einen Tag. Kaffe nur für eine Person. Von Agritourismo merkt man nicht viel. Schade es hätte Potential, aber Preis viel zu hoch, da gibt es für den...

「Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.」

「The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks」

「Der Eigentümer spricht zwar kein Englisch, aber dank moderner Technik konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage mitten im Dorf ist 1+ mit Sternchen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick war lecker und umfangreich. Gerne wieder.」

「The hotel has a beautiful view and the pool was nice, although smaller than expected. Breakfast was decent, but there were too many cakes and sweet pastries, with limited Western breakfast options. Food refills were also quite slow. The drinking glasses at breakfast often had visible water marks and didn’t look properly clean, which could be improved. The hotel would benefit from some renovation to keep it looking fresh. The staff at reception were polite but not particularly warm or welcoming....

「beautiful hotel and location *we reserved a "Sea View room", with TWO (2) beds, SPECIFICALLY, and our room ONLY had ONE Bed, and when we asked for a proper room / additional bed, we got a rollaway bed, and they wanted to charge us an ADDIONAL $18.00/night??? We complained, and they ultimately did not charge us ( we think?) but it was an unpleasant check-in experience!!! 」
