「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

The staff was so efficient in solving my needs, service was one of the quickest I’ve ever had. Everyone was kind, helpful and went above the requirements I needed as a guest. 「This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough....

「The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. 」

「In un’ottima zona di Ibiza vicino alla marina di Botafoch con una bellissima vista mare e sulla parte storica di Ibiza. Personale cortese, zone comuni in ottimo stato e efficiente il servizio bar e ristorazione nella terrazza esterna. Essenziale ma comoda la zona piscina con il servizio asciugamani. Unica nota negativa: ho soggiornato in una stanza standard con vista sul retro dell’hotel e nel palazzo davanti vi erano dei rumorosi lavori già dal mattino presto: vista l’entità dei lavori sarebbe...

We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) 」
