“Pros: Die Lage ist super
Cons: Obwohl ich bei der Buchung mitgeteilt hatte, dass der Backofen erneuert werden muss, weil er nicht funktioniert, haben wir einen kaputten Backofen sowie nicht funktionierende Herdplatten vorgefunden. Wir waren im Herbst 2022 bereits im Haus und deshalb wusste ich von der nicht funktionierenden Küche. Beim jetzigen Aufenthalt meldete ich es erneut. Leider habe ich keine Antwort bekommen und gemacht wurde auch nichts. Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man gerne kocht.

“L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses.
Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5.”

“I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ).
I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.”
