"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. "Amazing stay! Went for a week to celebrate honeymoon and the team had a nice letter and bottle of champagne for us. Clean rooms and cleaned daily. Prime location for Cala D’or beach and downtown area. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Breakfast and dinner services were great. pools were very clean and service for poolside drinks was excellent. thank you for making our stay memorable"

"The hotel is quite lovely and they look after the grounds and facilities. It’s in a beautiful area but not a beach resort - beach is 5 min drive. The pool is very small for a large 5 star resort and the food choices are very limited unless you want to eat at fancy Michelin star restaurants. The area is very remote but close to a few good beaches and a couple of nice little towns. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."
