Easter Break

Beautiful property within walking distance of bars, restaurants and a few shops. Property is modern and very well equiped. The host great as he came to the redcue aftercwclst minute cancellation. Check in process was very easy and team on site were on hand to help through out the stay. I would renook this accommodation, butnprobsbly hire a car next time. Justvto note that some shops didn't open until the large hotel opens around the second weekend in April.

Beautiful villa in a lovely laid back location

Absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked the communication we received from the family made us feel welcome and ready for the stay. Villa was extremely well equipped had everything we needed and more! The design of the place both very aesthetically pleasing but also cool and comfortable. The pool was great - the kids loved jumping in. Local area is a quiet resort and town with easy access to 3 lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is very close and an efficient bus service runs throughout the day. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect for Family Vacation

The house is exactly like advertised. It's spacious for up to five persons and very stylish. Everything you might need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped. Pool is serviced twice a week, local property management is literally around the corner (or a phone call away) and extremely attentative. You can sense that the owners care for the wellbeing of their guests. We had a great stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful house!

Just what we were looking for!

We were looking for a villa to sleep 5 with a pool within walking distance of shops and restaurants and near the beach. The villa is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. The pool is clean and a great size and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The check in process was very easy. We had issues with our hire car and were very late arriving but this was no problem for Astrid and her husband. Astrid gave us great advice on where to visit and the check out process was straightforward. Overall we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Home away from home

What a lovely property! This holiday home is even more beautiful than the pictures would tell. Super clean and well equipped house, well functioning air condition and no mold. The owner family did everything to make us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. Check in and check out in person was also a plus. The village and beaches are more than beautiful and well shiftable for families. Thanks for everything- we will be back soon. :)

Stunning property which is home from home

This property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The communication from the minute you book to leaving their accommodation is amazing. The pool is lovely. The only downside for us was there wasn’t much choice in way of restaurants however it is only short car ride away to other areas. You won’t be disappointed if you book this property. They were also very accommodating with regards to both early and late checkouts

Great stay

This property was exactly as described. The main floor is the kitchen, dining and living room. Downstairs are the three bedrooms that open to a private pool. The property is newly built and fresh. All appliances are new as well. Details of check in and check out were provided and was easy to understand. Location is walking distance to two great beaches. We beach hopped and found that the beaches close to us were even better than other popular spots. We did a bit of shopping and cooked a bit of fresh food and all was easy with supermarket close to us. All and all a great stay.

Great Location!

What a beautiful home ! Great location to explore , 2 beautiful coves within walking distance. Busy so need to be there early to guarantee beds. A few restaurants nearby and Porto Cristo 10 mins in the car. What impressed us was the small things. Hand soap, washing up liquid, dish water tablets. Sharp knives…! Not only good pillows for the bed but Extra pillows. We’ve found these aren’t a given with all rentals. It just gave everything a welcome homely feel. The Balcony is the hilight morning and night. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely five-night stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others.The property was as described in the listing and clean upon our arrival.It's in a wonderfully quiet location, which was perfect for us, and very close to gorgeous beaches like Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila. A tip for future guests: visit Cala Varques before 9 am for a truly magical, quiet experience!The hosts were fantastic communicators—prompt and clear. The instructions for our out-of-hours check-in/out were perfect and we had no issues at all with the process.The air conditioning was very efficient during the hot days, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was an absolute highlight—amazing, clean, and wonderfully warm.Small Note; After a late arrival on a very warm evening, we were hoping for an immediate cold drink but found that none had been left chilled for us (instead left on the table). Welcome essentials we've experienced elsewhere (like a box of coffee pods and milk for the first morning, and a starter set of shower supplies) weren't provided. This meant we had to pop into Porto Cristo the next morning to pick up a few things to get us started.Despite this minor note, we had a fantastic time. The property's strengths far outweigh this small suggestion. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and are confident it could be an absolute gem with just a few thoughtful and personal touches for future guests. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice house and surroundings but awful checkout

The house was perfect for a family of five. Everything we needed for cooking and barbeque. It was a challenge for us that most of the instructions was in German language. It was a pitty that the lightning of the pool and the area around was broken causing us not to use the area after dark. Check out was at 10 Oclock, but 15 min to 10 we was facing a lady saying inspection in a not friendly way and not speaking any English. Make us feel a bit embarising as we was not 100% ready at that time and we got almost panic to get all our stuff out in time before 10. They was taking pictures of all our belongings as we put all outside in a hurry. Very nice stay, but not the check out.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Das Haus war ideal für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder mit 11 und 12 Jahren): Größe, Raumaufteilung, Küche Ausstattung, Außenbereich Pool … alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Fotos entsprechen vollkommen der Realität. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die beiden leicht erreichbaren Strände sind wirklich schön. Wenn man Essen gehen möchte, gibt es eine gute Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Restaurants. Also alles perfekt!

Wir haben sehr den Urlaub in der Unterkunft genossen und der Eigentümer war super nett.Der Strand ist sehr nah und super schön und der Pool war auch hervorragend. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht bei 2,5 Wochen eine Zwischenreinigung zu bekommen aber die Kosten davor fanden wir viel zu hoch.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben wirklich top! Neben der Unterkunft ist aber vor allem die Kommunikation und der positive Umgang mit den Gästen hervorzuheben. Es wird auf Wünsche bestmöglich eingegangen und es erfolgt immer sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen, aber vor allem würde man sich wünschen, dass alle Vermieter so agieren würden :)

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt im Chalet war ein absolutes Highlight und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und sind restlos begeistert. Das Haus präsentierte sich makellos sauber, mit einer stilvollen, modernen Einrichtung, die sofort zum Wohlfühlen einlädt, und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders die ruhige Lage, der schöne Balkon und natürlich der fantastische Pool haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wahren Traumurlaub gemacht. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und absolut unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Das Haus war sehr schön. Haben den Pool sehr viel genutzt und hatten auch Glück, dass wir rundherum noch keine weiteren Gäste hatten. Die Kommunikation vorher und nachher und vor Ort auch die Organisation vor Ort war alles bestens, sehr persönlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und fanden auch die Lage super. Cala Mandia und Cala Anguila sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Wir waren eine Woche in Cala Mendia. Das Ferienhaus ist toll. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann.Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die umliegende Landschaft. Der Pool und die angrenzende Terrasse, sowie der Grillplatz sind ein Traum.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm und die Betreuung vor Ort super.

Großartig!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Chalet war großartig, es gab keine Kritikpunkte. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang waren sehr herzlich. Das Chalet ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und in einem top Zustand. Der eigene Pool lädt ebenfalls zum Entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine kleine Bucht sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
