"Der Kontakt zu Juan war prima, er war sehr fürsorglich und freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral im schönen Arta, man kann alles dort fussläufig erreichen. Einen Parkplatz findet man relativ schnell in der Straße oder den Nebenstraßen.Gerne wieder, vielen Dank Juan!"

"This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "
